Well, everything is going well. Drywall is going strong (almost done), paint inside to start soon, tile starts tomorrow. We have water in the house, and hope to have pre-power soon!

Hello! The house looks awesome! I love your blog. I have been looking at homes with my wife in the Winter Park area. We are looking at relocating into the city. I found your blog while looking for a modern home realty and would love to chat with you about your experience when convenient. I have found a couple of homes to bid on, but they need a lot of work. So I would value hearing about that experience.
